1) Download your firmware
2) Download the latest Version of iTunes
3) Plug in Your iOS6 Compatible Device (iPhone 3GS,4,4S, iPad 2,3 , iPod Touch 4) in your computer
4) Open your iOS Device on the left side of iTunes
5) Hold down ALT and OPTION for mac, AND CTRL for Windows and Press Check for Update
6) Find and Select the iOS 6 Firmware you downloaded
Then iTunes will do the Rest
